I use Umami for this site’s statistics, but I rarely read them. Well, now, to improve my visitors’ privacy, I’ve set up the service on my local server, bypassing the provider’s cloud.

Something I’ve been wanting to do for a long time was add a page listing all the blog posts, one after the other, sorted by month and year. Now it’s here.

I’ve developed two new pages for this blog: the first redirects to a random post on this blog, while the second lists posts published on this day. These are two experiments to occasionally dig up words from this site’s past. The links are both on the homepage now.

I have added on the homepage and in the footer the link for direct messages to Signal. Now we have one more—secure—tool for chatting.

I have changed the font of the blog. Instead of the serifs of Loria, now there is the sans-serif of Avenir Next. Even in the titles, Soria has disappeared, making way for a single typeface.

Starting today, it’s possible to navigate just the English or the Italian posts. And, moreover, here is the English RSS feed, here is the Italian feed, and here the Subscribe page with all feeds.

I have modified the analytics tool for this blog by switching from GoatCounter to Umami. I don’t care about website stats, but I like to know some things about places, languages, operating systems, browsers, and devices. The Umami user interface and the possibility to host on my server attracted me, so I decided and changed my privacy policy too.

I added a page that lists all my slash pages. For now, there is a default apps list and this log page.
