Last August we visited the Netherlands. We based ourselves in Amsterdam and visited a few places and cities around there. I won’t write a review; it would be impossible to convey its beauty, its costs, its uniqueness, and its immersiveness. It was intense. That’s enough.
I’m about to leave for the Netherlands. I’ll spend a few days there with my family. It was a coincidence: Amsterdam wasn’t on my bucket list, but I’m very happy to be going.
One of the things I liked most about Palermo was that you could feel its intimacy every time you turned your gaze. Everything you looked at exuded humanity. And it was fabulous.
Today I turn forty-two. Like the answer to the question, and so on. Forty-two. It’s a lot, but let’s not say it: let’s celebrate, as every occasion should be the right one. Cheers!
That time, I went to Lisbon alone. I talked to everyone, even to the stones. And I realized that traveling alone was necessary to better understand oneself among others.
I have been to Venice so few times, and for such a short time, that the only thing I have left is a great desire to return. I’ll do it, sooner or later.
