With a bit more flexibility
When I was a boy and my mother, who worked as a teacher, talked – by choice or by chance – with other teachers, the discussion would focus on a single topic: school. My father, my brothers, and I had to endure – if we couldn’t somehow participate – the ramblings on the subject until the final goodbyes. More or less, but with a bit more flexibility, the same thing happens with my partner, who works as a teacher. From this, I understood that it is indeed a problem for those who work in the school: they talk just about school.
I wouldn’t want to do the same thing as the teachers but with motorcycles, here on this blog. But I am happy about one thing, and so I want to write it down because it has been over a year that I have been pursuing this goal: I sold both of my bikes1. Finally, I can start over from scratch.
And so I won’t talk about motorcycles much anymore. I promise. Yes, well, I promise, but it will happen again, you’ll see: I will reduce the occasions, but it will happen. It’s just that I had to write this down.
With a bit more flexibility, I’ll write about again. Because I have already booked my new bike.
The first one was purchased as my first motorcycle, but it was no longer suitable for my due to its size and power; the second one was bought because I thought I would travel with it, but it was an idea that started from a hope and turned into a disaster. ↩︎
